PUSHPAK SKYLINE

The architectural built form of Pushpak Skyline, establishes the relationships of similarity and contrast with the context yet remains distinct. For instance, the ground floor is for allotted parking and commercial utilities with the rest rising up to 7 floors elevating the functional reasoning.

The planning is executed linearly, with the floor plate comprising of 4 units on each floor. The linear orientation provides generous amount of sunlight and ventilation. The façade resembles with verticals screens and openable glazing.

In terms of amenities, lush green landscaped garden is provided; adjoining to it there’s a club house, perfectly curated observing the lifestyle of the dwellers and their preferences. All these amenities make the end users feel good to be residents and gives them more time to enjoy being with their family by reducing travel time.
